The Landlord may charge the Tenant an additional amount for each day that a payment of Rent is late, which will not be charged until the expiry of the applicable grace period under the Act and will not exceed the maximum permitted under the Act.The Tenant will pay the Rent in advance, on or before the _ of each and every month of the Term to the Landlord at _ or at such other place as the Landlord may later designate by cash or cheque.

No pets or animals are allowed to be kept in or about the Property without the prior written permission of the Landlord.Neither the Property nor any part of the Property will be used at any time during the term of this Agreement by Tenant for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for the purpose other than as the Tenant's only or principal private single-family residence. The Landlord agrees to let to the Tenant, and the Tenant agrees to take a tenancy of the house, known as and forming _ (the "Property"), for use as residential premises only.
